If the wax is soft when u receive it, this is common as a consultant they are instructed to place packaging upright in fridge/ freezer for a few minutes (away from food) then use as normal. Wax residue will wipe from plastic packaging. Wax is hardy it will still be lovely in your warmers or wherever you use it. Some packaging may have wear on packaging (cracks or broken plastic on wax most common) this is to be expected during transport. Scentsy BUDDY (kids plush line). I normally DO NOT put Scent PAKS inside buddy’s due to allergies, or children’s sensitivities to smell. Unless the consultant already had it as a set. Some boxes may have wear for storage.
